Tax Class Definitions:
Urban Residential = Urban Service Area
Urban Multi-Res = One owner of 6 or more units in the Urban Service Area (Apartment Building)
Urban Non-Residential = Retail or Industrial Use in the Urban Serviced Area
Rural Residential = Residential Use in the Rural Serviced Area
Rural Non-Residential = Retail or Industrial in the Rural Service Area
